Cancellation Policy
In the event of a driving lesson, driving course or part thereof being cancelled, no penalty will be incurred providing that the All Pass Driving instructor can source alternative work for the same training period in question. If this is not possible, the full training fee for the said training period may, at the discretion of the All Pass Driving instructor, be charged in full.

Therefore, to ensure your All Pass Driving instructor can source alternative work, it is a requirement for all pupils to give 72 hours notice of intent to cancel for intensive driving courses and 48 hours for all other lessons.

Adverse Weather Conditions
Your All Pass Driving instructor reserves the right to postpone or cancel any lesson if he/she feels that the weather or road conditions are unsuitable or dangerous for the proposed driving lesson to be conducted.
Your All Pass Driving instructor cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by the pupil should he/she have to postpone any lessons, for whatever reasons.
